Jeremy joined his father, David Kahler as a third generation REALTOR® in 2005. Their team includes 5 full time REALTORS®, 2 licensed closing coordinators, listing coordinator, professional home stager, and marketing coordinator. They pride themselves in providing first class service whether you are buying or selling real estate in Rapid City or the Black Hills. In 2017 they closed 278 transactions and they are currently the top real estate team in the South Dakota. His 2017 average days on the market for listings was 32 compared to the market average of 44. Jeremy holds designations as a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). He is a member of the Black Hills Board of REALTORS®, the South Dakota Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. Jeremy is part of the top 3% GCI of agents in Keller Williams for 2016. Jeremy was born and raised in Rapid City. He married his bride, Amanda in 2005, and they have 3 children Lucas, Madelyn, and Gwyneth. They love the outdoors and all the Black Hills has to offer including mountain biking, snowboarding, rock climbing, hunting, camping and boating.
