Pre-Approval

We can have your loan fully underwritten and approved pending your appraisal before you home shop so that you can make an offer with confidence.

Purchase Contract

Purchase Contract
Make an offer on a home and send the purchase agreement to us.

Appraisal

Appraisal
Once we have a purchase agreement, we will order an appraisal of your new home.

Underwriting

Underwriting
All updated information along with the appraisal must be sent to an underwriter for review.

Conditional Approval

Conditional Approval
Your loan is conditionally approved by the underwriter which means we are almost done. There may be a few final items needed in order for you loan to be complete.

Final Approval

Final Approval
After the underwriter has received all of the information they need, your loan will be Cleared To Close.

Closing

Closing
Your closing documents will be prepared by us and sent to the title company handling your transaction for you to sign.

Funding

Funding
After signing your loan documents, title will return some paperwork for our review. Once approved, we authorize the title company to disperse the funds from your loan.

Transaction Complete
